What we collect
We may collect business account details, Google review destination links, business profile settings, supported languages, highlights, services, payment-related metadata, and limited usage records needed to run plan limits and account features.
What customers share
When a customer uses a review page, they may tap what stood out and generate suggestion text. The final review remains under the customer’s control and is not auto-posted by Criyx Reviews.
How we use data
We use stored data to deliver review pages, generate better suggestions, secure the platform, verify paid access, support billing, investigate misuse, and improve product quality for Indian business use cases.
What we do not do
We do not claim ownership over customer-submitted Google reviews, and we do not auto-submit reviews to Google. We also do not intentionally expose secret keys or protected account information to the public frontend.
Sharing
We may rely on service providers such as authentication, hosting, payment, and infrastructure vendors only to the extent needed to operate the platform. We do not sell business data as a data marketplace product.
Retention
We keep business configuration and usage records only as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, support, security, billing, compliance, or dispute handling.
