Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to businesses using Criyx Reviews on and after June 21, 2026.
1. Service purpose
Criyx Reviews is designed to help real customers express genuine experiences more clearly. It is not intended for fake reviews, review spam, impersonation, or automated posting to Google or any other platform.
2. Business responsibility
The business using the platform is responsible for how the QR flow is presented to customers, where it is placed, and how staff explain it. Businesses must not pressure customers into writing dishonest reviews.
3. Customer control
Customers remain fully in control of the final review text. They may choose a suggestion, edit it, ignore it, or leave without posting. Criyx Reviews does not auto-submit reviews on behalf of customers.
4. Plan limits and billing
There is no free trial. Customer review pages and suggestion generation unlock only after payment is successfully verified. Published prices include applicable 18% GST unless stated otherwise and may be updated in future pricing cycles.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for fraudulent businesses, duplicate listings created to bypass restrictions, abusive content, unlawful activity, or any usage that violates platform policies of review destinations.
6. Data and ownership
Businesses retain ownership of their business identity details, review page settings, and customer-facing prompts they provide. Criyx Reviews may process this data only for operating, securing, supporting, and improving the service.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the service available and production-ready, but uninterrupted uptime cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, infrastructure incidents, or third-party outages may affect access temporarily.
